I enjoy sweets, but it’s been a while since I’ve indulged in macarons because I’m picky about them. These,however, are precisely why I love the little treat. On the outside they’re lightweight and crisp, and on the inside they’re chewy yet fluffy. A deliciously perfect combination. Delicious! Cute! and Gluten-free! I love Dolci di Carmel’s macarons. I have tried other macarons in the area and these are, by far, the best. They are a fun treat to share with others, especially at festive parties. My favorite flavors are the semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, cappuccino-tiramisu, and strawberry champagne.

I recently discovered Dolci Di Carmel Bakery and am now a huge fan of macarons. These tasty treats are the perfect blend of soft and chewy, not too sweet and plenty of flavors to enjoy. The texture is textbook perfect, slightly crunchy outer shell with a soft chewy center, and the flavors actually taste like these exceptional treats are intended to taste.
